I moved to a retreat center in West Pawlet VT, and am so stoked to be offering my work there in the beautiful barn.

I am offering MFR and sports massage by donation, (yes really any donation is fine). There will be live intuitively guided sound scapes by Breanna Elaine, ambient strings by Silas Hamilton, snacks, tea, infrared bio-mat, and a raffle!

We open 11am, around 4pm I’d like to wind down with a community led sound bath until about 5pm, or whenever feels right. Everyone who would like to stay, contribute their voice or medicine instrument such as a sound bowl, shruti box, tuning forks, or frame drum is so welcome to.

The raffle is easy, breezy and open to everyone! Including folks who can’t make it in person to the open house.
