I grew up in the Northwest Corner of Connecticut on the Falls Village Saw Mill. The trees, sawdust and my imagination were my playground. I drew faces on my knees and named the rocks in my yard, never in a rush to grow up. In 2016 I earned a massage diploma and became Reiki 1 attuned; unaware my career choice would soon become a ceremonious way of living.

In 2019, after some years spent in sickness, I found a sober lifestyle-or perhaps it found me. The path that I was meant to take was one that required suffering in order to find a way to inner peace. My experience in massage, energy work and in sobriety enables me to discover new levels of healing-myself and my clients.

Now, as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki III Holy Fire Master and Certified Yoga Instructor, I embody youthful exuberance for existing through body/energy work, community, and herbalism. My career has allowed me to share the gift of truly living through physical touch and self inquiry.

My work has become my therapy. My sessions are deeply cleansing, moving meditations; for both myself and my client. I choose to release expectations for the service and to become goalless; then the service itself has become the goal. The breath becomes the reward, each sensation: a bounty. I am not worried about curing your every ache and pain-my massage is deeply rooted in your pleasure and self discovery. My hands act as guides to ease the nervous system. I know that your body is wise, it knows how to heal itself. Yet, we thrive when we are provided direction from a gentle presence, we thrive in community, witnessed as we are. There are no intentions of “fixing” a client’s problems, as that would imply there is something wrong with them. 

The music, the smells, the oil, and the breath- all cultivated with the intention to magnify your connection to Self and with Source; drawing you into the present moment. You are invited to leave the aches and pains, and come to center with joy and gratitude.
