I grew up in the Northwest Corner of Connecticut on the Falls Village Saw Mill. The trees, sawdust and my imagination were my playground. I drew faces on my knees and named the rocks in my yard, never in a rush to grow up.

In 2016 I earned a massage diploma and became Reiki 1 attuned — unaware my career would soon become a ceremonious way of living. In 2019, sobriety found me. The path to inner peace required me to walk through the fire first. I reemerged washed clean, yet rooted in the pleasures of the earth — and that tension became the heart of my practice.

Now, as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki III Holy Fire Master, Fascia Alchemy Body Worker, and herbalist, I embody joy for existing. My sessions are deeply cleansing, moving meditations — for both of us. I release expectations and become goalless, so the service itself becomes the goal. The breath becomes the reward. Each sensation, a bounty.

Your body is wise. It knows how to heal itself. Your sessions are deeply rooted in your self discovery. My hands act as guides to ease the nervous system, witnessing you as you are. There is no fixing here, because nothing is broken. The music, the smells, the oil, the breath — all of it cultivated to magnify your connection to Source through the Self.
